Having the opportunity to partner with our local community is always a favorite project- especially projects that help to grow and improve Redmond. Recently, the City of Redmond reached out to us about creating a new sign for Centennial Parking. Due to the size and intricacy of this task, it required extra hands. With Brent Grenfell as the Project Manager, he created multiple drafts and draft revisions before landing on the final design. The final project ended up being a 16 feet long, 18 inches high, and 20 inches wide metal box. This box would then have LED lights added into the interior plus raised letters. Not only are the letters raised, they are completed with a brushed stainless steel finish. The raised stainless letters will have a “halo” lighting around them when lit.

We also had to bring in some assistance from our sister company, MC Smith’s in Bend. Max (left) and Mikhal (right) are pictured above assembling the large Centennial Park sign. Pictured below is the newly constructed sign, lit and awaiting installation.

When the day of installation finally came around, our Production Manager Ryan Ford took the lead. His years of experience allowed the install to run as smoothly as possible. Finally, this long-awaited project was coming to an end. Pictured below is the final product, installed and ready for the public to enjoy.
